Responsibilities:-
- Relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Resolve customer issues, concerns, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Account planning and strategy: Develop account plans and strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. Understand client objectives, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to align with customer needs and deliver exceptional value.
- Customer success and growth: Proactively monitor and analyze customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for value realization and growth. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and drive incremental revenue through product adoption and upselling.
