2. Product Knowledge and Support: Develop a deep understanding of CEAT Tyres' product offerings, features, and benefits. Provide customers with detailed information about our products, including specifications, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in selecting the right tyres based on their specific requirements and provide guidance on tyre maintenance and care.
3. Order Processing and Tracking: Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
