Responsibilities:

1. CNC programming: Create and modify CNC programs using programming languages such as G-code and M-code. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD/CAM models to develop efficient machining processes. Optimize programs for tool paths, cutting parameters, and machine tool capabilities.
2. Machine setup and operation: Set up CNC machines, including loading and aligning workpieces, installing cutting tools, and verifying machine settings. Operate CNC machines to execute programmed operations accurately and efficiently. Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
3. Quality assurance: Inspect and measure machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain documentation of process parameters and quality checks.
