- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth in your assigned territory by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics. Actively promote Emami products to existing and potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Monitor competitor activities and pricing to identify opportunities and challenges. Develop territory-specific sales plans and forecasts to achieve sales targets. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management for product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in your territory. Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate customers on Emami products and their benefits. Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
