1. Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory guidelines. This includes recording financial transactions, verifying entries, and reconciling discrepancies.
2. General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger by recording transactions, preparing journal entries, and ensuring proper classification and documentation of financial data. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
3. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management for decision-making purposes. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required.
