  1. Customer relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and becoming their trusted advisor. Understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or issues.
  2. Account management: Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize customer retention and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver a seamless customer experience. Conduct regular account reviews, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and provide relevant product recommendations.
  3. Customer onboarding and adoption: Facilitate smooth customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Godrej's products and services. Develop customized onboarding plans and deliver training sessions to customers. Provide ongoing guidance and support to help customers fully utilize and derive value from our offerings. Monitor customer usage and adoption metrics to identify any barriers or areas for improvement.
